August 18, 2010 Refugee Nation Aug 18, 2010, 7:30 PM-9:00 PM   Monsoon is hosting "Refugee Nation," a live performance about the lives of Laotian refugees and their descendents. It is a free event and location is still TBA. At 1 pm, there will be a youth theater workshop where the performers from Refugee Nation will teach youth participants about how to use drama in relation to oral history and API issues.
